It’s comforting to know that we all hold the courage, compassion and diverse abilities to accomplish amazing things in this world.

 

 

Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D. is an expert in the field of meditation and an amazing communicator of this empowering message. He established the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society and founded the meditation program known as MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction). Dr. Kabat-Zinn is also the author of the book, Full Catastrophe Living: Using the Wisdom of Your Body and Mind to Face Stress, Pain and Illness. I encourage everyone to check it out- it’s an engaging and healing read.
